Yes, we partner exclusively with POEA-accredited agencies to guarantee the legitimacy and protection of your application process. All our partner agencies comply with Philippine government regulations for overseas employment.

Who can apply through this platform?

Filipino professionals with valid documents and relevant qualifications looking to work overseas can apply. Specific requirements vary by job position and destination country, but generally, applicants should be at least 18 years old, have relevant experience or education, and possess necessary documents like passport and employment certificates.

Getting Started

How do I create an account?

Register on our platform by clicking the "Sign Up" button and providing your personal details. You'll need to submit your required documents for verification. The process typically takes 1-2 business days after which you can start applying for jobs.

Can I apply without experience?

Some positions accept fresh graduates or entry-level applicants. Check each job posting for specific requirements. We recommend highlighting any relevant training, education, or transferable skills in your application if you lack direct experience.

Is it free to sign up?

Yes, registration and job applications are completely free of charge on our platform. We only charge service fees once you have been successfully placed in a job, and these fees are always transparent and in accordance with POEA regulations.

Requirements

What documents do I need to upload?

Please upload your CV/resume, valid ID, passport, birth certificate, and any other supporting documents you have available. Additional documents can be submitted personally if needed. Specific jobs may require additional certificates like training certificates, employment certificates, or professional licenses.

Can I submit documents later?

Yes, some documents may be submitted in person during the screening or interview process. However, we recommend uploading as many documents as possible during registration to speed up the verification process and increase your chances of being selected for interviews.

Do I need a passport to register?

You can register without a passport, but a valid passport is required before applying for overseas jobs. If you don't have a passport yet, we recommend applying for one immediately as the process can take several weeks.

Application Process

How do I apply for jobs?

Once you have signed up and completed your profile, you can apply to jobs via the dashboard. If you attempt to apply without a completed profile, a pop-up will notify you to fill in your details first. If your profile is complete, clicking 'Apply' will automatically submit your application to the employer.

Can I apply to more than one job?

Yes, you may apply to multiple job listings that match your qualifications and preferences. However, we recommend focusing on positions that closely match your skills and experience to increase your chances of success.

What happens after I apply?

Employers will review your application, and you will receive notifications if you are shortlisted or if further steps are required. The typical process includes initial screening, interviews, skills assessment (if applicable), job offer, documentation processing, and pre-departure orientation.

Account & Verification

When is my account verified?

Your account is verified immediately once you successfully sign up. However, you can only apply for jobs after you have fully completed your profile with all required details. Profile verification typically takes 1-2 business days after submission of all required documents.

How do I know my account is approved?

Your dashboard will indicate when your profile is complete and you are eligible to apply. If not, you'll see prompts guiding you to update your details. You will also receive an email notification once your account is fully verified and ready for job applications.

Can I edit my information after submitting?

You can update most profile information anytime. Note that some changes may require re-verification. Critical information like your name and birthdate may require additional documentation to update after initial verification.

Tracking & Updates

How can I track my application?

Track your job applications in real-time via the 'My Applications' section on your dashboard. You'll see the current status of each application, any required actions, and estimated timelines for next steps.

Will I get notified of updates?

Yes, you will receive notifications regarding application status changes, interview schedules, and other important updates via email and in-app notifications. Make sure your contact information is up to date and check your notifications regularly.

Where can I see interview schedules?

Interview dates and details will be displayed in your dashboard notifications once scheduled. You'll receive detailed information about the interview format (in-person, video call, etc.), time, location, and any preparation materials needed.

Support

Who do I contact for help?

Contact our support team via the contact form or email available on the platform for any assistance. Our support hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Philippine Time. For urgent matters, you may also call our hotline.

What if I forgot my password?

Use the 'Forgot Password' link on the login page to reset your password quickly and securely. You'll receive an email with instructions to create a new password. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact our support team.
